The purpose of this study is to describe the pattern of consumption of food sources of iodine and iron in
children under the age of 1-3 years in the Regional Health Center Klojen Bareng Malang. The research is
a survey research, the research aims to describe a state of an event occurring is not as a result of the
actions of the investigators. Design research is simple deskriprif. The results showed that milk is a food
contributor to the largest number of iodine, which is consumed reaches 1140 ml per day. Sea fish is a type
of high-iodine foods with an average consumption of iodine per day of 21.9 g. A formula is also as a
source of iodine is a food that is often consumed three times a day / over 62.8%. Tempe is a food
ingredient biggest contributor to the amount of iron, which can consume up to 300 grams per day. Tempe
is also the type of foods high in iron are often consumed with a frequency of three times a day by 36%
